The whole group will enjoy not only the salt water community pool, pickleball court and fitness center, but the wonderful tranquility of the sound-side waterfront just across the street.

** The community pool will open on April 1st and closes on October 31st. Pool hours are 9 am until dark. The gym and pickle ball courts are open**

We love dogs and allow them in our condo! Beach chairs and cart are available in the outside closet, but unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed to renters since the previous renters could have taken them or broken them.

You will have access to the entire condo. This home is a duplex, connected by the rear wall.

Although I am not available onsite, I have a property manager nearby who can support your needs quickly. Don't hesitate to reach out!

Our neighborhood is a mix of 2 bedroom, 3 and 4 bedroom homes. A heated salt water community pool is at the center, complete with cabanas. The famous Whalehead park is located directly across the street-perfect for sunsets. A new taco bar and restaurant is built at the entrance of the community.

Quick walk to the beach, Whalehead Park and restaurants. Two miles to the 4 x 4 beach access by truck.

Air-conditioned accommodations at this condo offer coffee/tea makers and irons/ironing boards. Accommodations are furnished with sofa beds and kitchen islands. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include showers. Recreational amenities at the condo include an outdoor pool, changing room/restrooms and rentable cabanas.
