Located on a half acre in Whalehead, Corolla, DWBH is a newly renovated Main bathroom and bedroom with vaulted ceilings! New bright and happy siding, trim, windows, white vinyl handrails and exterior doors! Inside includes stainless steel kitchen appliances, fun beachy paint colors, and updated window coverings!

Please note that our pool and hot tub are open! The pool will close on approximately October 1, 2025.

Our beach home is located on a half acre in the beautiful Whalehead Beach and offers many features including:

* Private pool - not heated (approx. 14 ft X 30 ft) with pool basketball

* New hot tub

* Outside shower

* Games, and puzzles

* Equipment shed containing beach chairs, wagon, Corn Hole game and sand toys

The top deck provide a great vantage point to view the beautiful sunrises and sunsets as well as the Whalehead community. Situated just five lots from the beach, and a quick walk takes you to the beach, and/or the fun Tim Buck II Shopping and Dining.

Our reverse floor plan brings a bright and cheerful decor.

Four bedrooms are on the mid level including a king Main bedroom with private walk out deck entrance and full bathroom, a queen bedroom with walk-out deck entrance, another queen bedroom with with walk-out deck entrance, a bunk bed room and a full hall bathroom with bath/shower combo. New, state of the art washer and dryer to support your laundry needs.

Walk up the stairs to the third level and enjoy the open, light-filled space. Pictures don't capture the relaxed, open-concept living area that encompassing the kitchen, living, dining areas and half bath. Vaulted ceilings and large open windows and sliding doors create an open, airy space that enjoys beautiful natural light. Sliding glass doors lead to a deck that spans two sides of the house to take in the beautiful Corolla sunrise and sunsets. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious home-cooked meals and has generous counter space thanks to a large peninsula with seating for four in addition to our table with seating for eight.

Make a short walk to the Beach, grocery, restaurants and bars, movie theatre, shops and entertainment at Timbuck II.

*A small exterior camera is mounted on the front of the home to monitor the driveway for deliveries and cleaning between visits. It is not in use during your visit.

You will need~ beach towels, garbage bags, additional toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, every day toiletries.
